  Waited in stall for 20 minutes, had to go in to get food and waited another 5 minutes not even busy horrible service

  This is the last time I spend $60 at Sonic. The drinks were great as usual, but the food tasted old. Even the mozzarella sticks were solid and only warm. I don't understand how you achieve this level of food quality at 6:30pm with a steady flow of customers. Someone is prioritizing efficiency amd speed over quality is my suspicion.

  This location gives Sonic a bad name. They couldn't even get a simple burger and fries in a bag for me last night! The leadership must be a joke and I'm going to trash this shit location until they get new managers

  Tried to stop by for drinks, pulled into the drive through and was asked to wait. No big deal, after a few minutes another car pulled up in the second lane and they immediately took their order. We were asked to wait again. A few minutes later a second car pulled up in the second lane and again, their order was taken immediately. We waited even longer, finally they decided to take our order. We asked why the other line was helped immediately and we had to wait despite being there long before them, we were told "Uhhhh, its because we're busy" We just left.
