  We had a great experience! The food was fresh and hot and really great! Tim was our waiter and he was on top of everything, and provided excellent service. This was the best Skyline Chili experience I've had in a long time. The location is very cool as well, we came for dinner and upon leaving were met with a fun laser light show happening in the plaza. Great and memorable experience for our family.

  The staff here, especially Cheyenne, were so kind to my son and embraced his enthusiasm for all things Skyline when we stopped in for lunch a few days ago. It's a fun location with some extras and would be a great location to take out of towners for their first Skyline experience!

  This Skyline was an absolute gem. My family and I went here on Blink weekend (the busiest weekend of the year). Even despite the craziness, the service was speedy and impeccable. Shoutout to our server Tim. He was the best and wished us the best. 10/10!! Cincinnati rocks!

  This new location is fantastic! It's spacious, clean, and full of exciting new options! We ended up having a large group for my husband's birthday, and the staff quickly pivoted to arrange an area for us that was PERFECT! The massive skyline dip and Mac & cheese bites were a hit, plus everyone was excited about the new menu items. I appreciated that they also suggested some vegetarian options for our guests. It was a great mix for adults and kids , even the Coney man came out with a birthday dessert! The staff provided incredible service and made it a special experience for everyone. I'm not actually a Cincinnati chili person, but I loved this location and would 100% return.

  Came to celebrate my birthday this year. Wanted to try some different things that our local Skyline doesn't have. It was busy during lunch hour but seemed very disorganized at front. After waiting a minute we decided to seats ourselves. Wasn't sure if that's what they do there but it's what ours does and since we weren't greeted we took a chance. Our server came quickly and was really nice. Ordered our drinks and then our food. Food all came out at different times for party of 3 so we waited a couple minutes until we all started eating. Seemed really hectic in there. I ordered a alcohol drink I wanted to try in a can they had advertised on menu at 7.5% alcohol. When I got it though it said 4.5% on can. I asked why the difference in advertising and was told I don't know but I'll make a note if it. Not really an answer but I did make them aware of it. Wish they would put prices on drinks. We had to ask about price for different ones other person in party was ordering but they didn't know. They had to look up each one individually on their tablet and said it was difficult because they weren't in alphabetical order for them. The pizza and skins were pretty good. Wish they had them at other skylines closer to me. All in all it was good food but won't really go back to that location unless I'm in the area and looking for particular item like the pizza but would probably just get it to go next time.
