  If I could rate this skyline, a zero, I would. It is the worst skyline I’ve ever been to. CHILI TASTED off with a CHEMICAL TASTE. I notified the manager. Staff was extremely rude and Staff gaining up on me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. obviously, I should’ve read the reviews before eating here. Very concerned this is going to make others ill after consuming.

  Went to get dinner today and placed an online pickup order. Nowhere on the website does it say that you can’t drive thru to pickup your order yet after waiting behind someone and finally getting to the window an employee mumbled that they “don’t do that” At first I was confused at how I was able to place a pickup order through the site if Skyline didn’t accept them and then the employee clarified that they weren’t allowed to hand out pickup orders through the drive thru window This to me makes no sense because they’re able to do regular orders through the drive thru and were able to help the lady in front of me who ordered at the board just fine. My food was already ready all they literally had to do was hand it to me Again I mention NOWHERE ON THE SITE does it say that you can’t pick up your order through the drive thru. Literally every other restaurant that has a drive thru window like Jimmy John’s, McDonalds and Chik Fil A has no issue handing your pickup or mobile order through the window. When I asked the employee about it he said it had something to do with verification which makes no sense Don’t place a pickup order here if you don’t feel like being forced to walk inside to get it yourself too/ are unable to! Thankfully I wasn’t disabled/was able to find a parking spot but if either of these are issues for you then tough luck I guess. You think the people who had the foresight to place an order in advance and pay $23 for it (not cheap for one person btw!) would at least be rewarded with some level of respect or if they’re going to accept DoorDash orders but not let people pick them up through the drive through it was say so obviously on their website but I guess taking peoples money and refusing to give them their food unless they come inside is their “policy”

  I love skyline and the food always tastes really good. I don't understand why the E skate location has to constantly. The road together, my food haphazardly, where even before I pull out of the driveway, it leaks in the bag, and then when I get home trying to be gentle with it, it's just saturated through my entire bag. It's just p***** poor service

  This store has a serious management and hiring problem. The store is CONSTANTLY out of things…dirty…completely lacking in any customer service…I love that they hire a lot of teenagers to get work experience…but there has to be at least one adult in charge that knows what the heck is going on…
