- ARallieandtroy robinsonMay 13, 20261.0there have been multiple occasions weve had terrible customer service, drive thru and server wise. when we sat in, the server was on her phone the entire time and let our food get cold, didnt check on us at all until it was time to hand over the check. drive thru, we ordered a chillito and the chilli wasnt even in the tortilla, they barely wrap the chilito so everything falls out. tired of spending money at this location just for terrible food and service. its truly sad that even the eastgate location is better, that says alot for it being in eastgate and this location being right next to anderson township..
