I order and paid for $40 in food. Picked it up for them to tell me that they do not have potatoes, nachos, cheese or salad and I could not have a refund. I paid $40 and all I was given was a side of fries and a hotdog. 2 hours later and noone can tell me why I dont have the food I ordered and paid for and I still do not have a refund. On another note, the employees thought it was worth a few giggles and laughs. No pics to add since I dont have any food. Do better Skyline. 🙄

Absolutely terrible experience. They offer food on their menu online that they do not have and they will still allow you to order it. They will make sure to charge you for it too. Then when you show up to get your food they tell you that they don't have several items you ordered, they're not even on the menu, but yet you are allowed to order them off the menu. We ordered through their Skyline website but the employee said we have to get our refund through Door Dash? So we go in and follow the links for customer service and guess where the phone was answered at, Skyline, but we called Door Dash, hmmm? Well needless to say we won't eat here again.

I came to this Skyline Chili after visiting the Cincinnati Art Museum my granddaughter wanted to visit this one she never been to before. We walked in and they were not busy and we couldn’t find a clean table. I had to ask could someone clean the table. You would have thought I ask for the staff to do something hard. Can’t understand why restaurants don’t like to clean tables when they have downtime. You come into a place and the staff is standing around sad.

It was painfully obvious that we had never been to one of these before so our waiter held our hands and directed us in which way we needed to go to experience Skyline completely.

Went through drive-through. I ordered one large 3 way, one regular 3 way and one phony Coney. At the drive through speaker I asked for plenty of hot sauce. I drove up to the window to pay, and I also reminded the woman at the window that I would like to have plenty of hot sauce and she told me that she heard me at the speaker. Well, anyway, I get home and she only put five small packets of hot sauce in my bag. Honestly, I feel like the hot sauce is what makes my meal. I like a little spice. I called the restaurant and all they asked me was to come back up there. I just don’t understand why they being so stingy on the hot sauce. They’re really small packets. Maybe next time I need to say how many packets I need…🙄I feel like the large chili alone needs about four packs for spice. I usually don’t make this a big deal, but the woman at the window was very rude to only give me five packs after she already acknowledge that I asked for plenty of hot sauce to only give me five packs for my large order.
