  Yesterday my granddaughter and I went to skyline chili like we do every week we get a regular skyline three-way three hot dogs no bun and two packs of crackers when we got home I was very surprised when I opened up the hot dog container and there was just one hot dog. My granddaughter was disappointed but we were already home so I thought I would give them a call and let him know that a mistake was made. I spoke to a really nice girl on the phone she told me the next time we were there to let them know and they would make it right. I kept my receipt for the next time we visited we were out and about today and decided to stop by to get my granddaughters favorite lunch when we got there I placed my order the same as yesterday and when I got to the window I told the girl what had happened and handed her my receipt and she shut the window in my face she came back with a question for me who did you talk to yesterday.I told her that I did not ask the girl's name the day before but I did have my receipt she evidently did not believe me my question for her was is it worth losing a customer over two hot dogs. Her response was it's not about that. So what is it about providing good customer service.. Not everyone in this world lies I kept my receipt called when I found out that a mistake had been made and came back the very next day to receive my hot dogs that were paid for I didn't ask for a refund I just asked for what was owed to me two hot dogs for my granddaughter. Needless to say my order was canceled at that moment they lost my business. We go to skyline at least twice a week. There was something about today that struck me to the core. When she rudely shut the window in my face and went to speak to somebody was she talking to a manager if she was he or she should have came to the window and talked to me if it was another employee bad move. When looking at how much we spend at this restaurant in a years time you lost a good customer. Also people that are hired to meet the public should actually like the public we pay their salary without us they don't have a job. This was not a good representative of skyline!! the chip on her shoulder with heavy I could tell and I got the brunt of it. I can live without skyline chili because I will not come to your restaurant again the sour taste in my mouth is permanent.

  Waitress was awesome and beautiful!!! Cheese coney had a dusting of chili on them. What a joke.

  Service is always great, but the chili is never hot enough..especially for carryout. With carryout the cheese doesn't melt on the coneys. Its like the steam table isn't hot enough

  Went through the drive- thur about an hour ago. With my order I had order 2 funnel fries. I get home to start to eat and they where not in the bag. Called them up and they said to bring the receipt so I did. Then they went on to say I was liying, asked to look at the camera to see what happen, of course he could not. I will be there when they open tomorrow. I have always gone through this drive- thru with no issues. Someone screwed up and don't want to make it right
