  Employees were very disrespectful telling me I had to keep my door closed, even though my window does not operate, so an order to even pay I had to open my door. On top of that the employees are absolutely DISGUSTING . Looks like hepatitis is a serious possibility just eating the food they serve. I don’t think any of them heard of a face wash🤮

  My boyfriend and I went to our favorite skyline like normal tonight (5/21/26). We go to the Oakley location about once a week whether that’s eating in or carry out. We have never had an experience as bad or even close to as bad as it was tonight. For starters, food was great like normal, but having gone to skyline for our entire lives and being Cincinnati natives, we know that about 5 minutes after food is brought the server either checks in or brings the bill. Tonight we waited 15 minutes for our check to be brought to the table before we decided to just go up to the counter to pay. We had a $25 gift card and a free coney coupon. Our server struggled to get the gift card added (all fine) and he had someone come help him. The girl who assisted him, Paris, got the card to work but forgot to add the coney coupon. She realized her mistake and had the evening manager, Maddi, come over to resolve the issue. After multiple attempts to get the card added, Maddi proceeded to 1. accuse us of using a gift card with no money on it 2. stated that she could void the transaction but we would lose the rest of the money on the gift card for a mistake on their end 3. was completely disrespectful and refused to do anything to rectify the problem. I will add that Paris, the second person who tried to help us, owned up to the mistake that was made and even offered to pay our entire check which we declined because it was a simple mistake. Kudos to her for her amazing service and seeing the issue was not ours. Maddi ended up giving us our free coney coupon back after going back and forth with us that there was nothing she could do except basically steal money from us. All that to say that was easily the worst experiences we’ve ever had in over 20 years of living in Cincinnati and being skyline customers. I pray others don’t have to deal with the horrible customer service we received from Maddi this evening and I hope this can be a lesson for her in the future.

  Ordered a Greek salad and a 3 way. Each had hair in it. Unbelievable. Still charged for both. Really disgusting.
