  Never get all my food, or the drinks. Havent gotten cinnamon rolls or got them with no icing for 6 orders total through myself, my brother, my sister in law, and my dad saw. Like dont offer it if you dont have it. They will deadass answer and hangup immediately. Bruh im just hungry and its an easy fix

  Placed my order received my order through DoorDash, which I would’ve known that I just would’ve went and picked it up. My own self paid over $50 and I couldn’t even get my drink been on hold with the store for 30 minutes and nobody still hasn’t picked up the phone not a very happy customer right now.

  Ordered 7 pan pizzas for a birthday online (what they are known for) and ordered was cancelled because they don’t prep enough dough for those.

  I have had good experiences with delivery and pick up from here in the past, but today when my order was delivered, I was missing an item entirely and two pizzas were made wrong. When I called to complain, they argued that they were the one to make my pizzas and they were made right. They clearly were not, unless the pepperoni that was supposed to be on my pizza was invisible 🙄 they would not agree to deliver my proper order, despite me already paying a delivery fee and tip for an incorrect order. They only agreed to credit me a partial refund for the wrong items which I specifically have to call in to receive.
