  Jacob gives the best service. It's the closest I can get to New York City. Every time I'm in there I feel like this is the cleanest establishment I've ever been in ever. Especially in Ohio.

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered chicken from Pizza Hut, and after I started eating it, I realized it was undercooked. Serving undercooked chicken is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was how my complaint was handled. I went back into the store and showed the chicken to an employee named Jared. Instead of taking the situation seriously or showing any concern, he seemed dismissive. From what I observed, he and two other employees laughed while I was trying to report the issue. I left feeling like my health and safety meant nothing to them. I have photos and videos of what I was served, and I’ll be uploading them so others can see exactly what happened. I hope management reviews the footage, addresses the food safety practices at this location, and provides better customer service. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning.

  Ordered through app, waited long past estimated delivery time, unable to contact through phone, found out over a half hour late that order had been canceled, went in and Assistant GM Tabaias was super apologetic, remade order and offered free dessert, even though she was working completely alone. Overall service 3/10 General manager Tabaias service 15/10
