  I always use their delivery bc I don't have a car. The drivers are always nice and the food quality is fantastic! I prefer them over Dominos!

  The staff is friendly and fast. The food is the best IMO in price hill. Parking is the biggest problem I have. The lot is shared with a Dispensary and a laundry mat..Papa John's has 3 designated spaces and they Delivery Driver takes 1 of those spaces. It's better to park on West 8th Street and walk if the lot is busy. The other issue with the parking lot is the people walking in front of your car as you're trying to leave. They do this all the time. Get you to stop your car so they can bum you for "bus money". I don't mind helping...but you're not going to trick me into it. Let's talk about the food..... I have had small issues but they always make it up to me. They know me by name and are always welcoming. The food is hot, saucy and cheesey. The chicken wings actually taste like real chicken to me..I also love the bread sticks..they cover them with garlic butter and there so good. The pop is very cold and the pizza is hot..I gave 4 stars. Would give 5 but I've dealt with so much B.S. from the parking lot.

  This is supposed to be the Space Ranger Roni Pizza with double pepperoni and a toy story box! Not sure what happened here but I am a lil upset! Not cool guys! We spend waaayyy tooo much money at your location to be done like this..... 😭

  I will never be ordering from this location again. I ordered door delivery to my apartment. The delivery driver left a voicemail telling me that he was outside my building and to come get my order. I was busy while I was waiting for my DOOR DELIVERY, so I didn't answer my phone or hear this voicemail. I checked after about 10 minutes and the driver had left. I then called the store and received a very rude response from Eddie. Apparently he was the driver and was complaining to me that he had to wait around in my complex. He wouldn't have had to wait if he just walked up the single staircase and dropped the food off. He could have even dropped it off at the front door to the building. I also included the building location so he wouldn't have to look around. My question is, why am I getting charged a $5 delivery fee, expected to tip, just for this to be the attitude? Like others had said, what if I was disabled or had a reason that I couldn't come outside? From Eddie's attitude, it seems like he wouldn't care. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Look at the last 2 months of reviews and you will see everything you need to about this location.
