  Placed a pickup order for a large New York-style pizza. When I got to the car, I opened the box to check everything and was surprised by the size—it looked closer to a medium than a large. I understand New York-style dough is typically stretched thinner and wider, but this crust felt fairly standard in thickness and didn’t seem stretched enough to match what I expected from that style. I brought my concern to the staff, and I have to give them credit for their customer service. Everyone was polite and professional, and they offered to remake the pizza without any hassle. They ultimately let me keep both pizzas at no extra charge, which was very much appreciated. My only other concern was that several employees handling food had facial hair, but I didn’t notice any beard or hair coverings being worn. Overall, the customer service was excellent and they handled my concern extremely well, but the pizza style/size and food-handling practices stood out to me.

  Went to John's with my sibling, it saids the pizza was ready, guess what, it wasn't, they lie to us, so we left out of frustration.

  Placed a simple order of two medium cheese pizzas and buffalo wings. One pizza and the wings were correct. However I received a pepperoni sausage pizza. I attempted to call the store the first time and was hung up on when I tried to get it resolved. Frustrated I called again asking why I was up on only to be receive an attitude from a different caller. Only way I was able to get my food corrected was calling the customer service agent. I will not be ordering pizza from this store again after today.

  Awesome service. People on the phone were so kind, understanding. They made sure I got my food exactly how I asked for it. Person that delivered was polite and in point. Thank you!

  Strike 1 - I went to pick up my pizza and it was not there. I had prepaid (never again) so I had to wait for the order to be replaced. No compensation was offered for my inconvenience. Strike 2 - My pizza order tracked as “ready”, but when I arrived I waited about 30 minutes for them to make it. They let me stand there waiting with no explanation and again no compensation offered for my inconvenience. Strike 3 - Again my order for 3 medium pizzas tracked as “ready” and when I arrived, someone said “we’re waiting for 1 more”. I continued to wait another 20 minutes after which someone then said “we’re waiting on TWO more”. (???) Then after a total of about 30 minutes someone asked me what I was waiting on. (???) When I told them 3 medium pizzas, he said “we’re waiting on 1 more” (???) A worker finally let me know they had gotten my order wrong and had to start over. No compensation for my inconvenience… No special word of consideration from the manager at any time. 3 Strikes I’m OUT.
