- DPDonna PJul 4, 20261.0Strike 1 - I went to pick up my pizza and it was not there. I had prepaid (never again) so I had to wait for the order to be replaced. No compensation was offered for my inconvenience. Strike 2 - My pizza order tracked as “ready”, but when I arrived I waited about 30 minutes for them to make it. They let me stand there waiting with no explanation and again no compensation offered for my inconvenience. Strike 3 - Again my order for 3 medium pizzas tracked as “ready” and when I arrived, someone said “we’re waiting for 1 more”. I continued to wait another 20 minutes after which someone then said “we’re waiting on TWO more”. (???) Then after a total of about 30 minutes someone asked me what I was waiting on. (???) When I told them 3 medium pizzas, he said “we’re waiting on 1 more” (???) A worker finally let me know they had gotten my order wrong and had to start over. No compensation for my inconvenience… No special word of consideration from the manager at any time. 3 Strikes I’m OUT.

He say well we can remake them we just need the other pizza back i said well my kids started eating it so how would that work. I never seen them have a problem remaking and never heard Of them taking the pizza back. Why should my kids have to wait another 30 to 45 min because yal messed up. I would not be coming back to this papa John’s
- JRJeanette rMar 6, 20262.0Ordered the new pan pizza and it came half naked. Like its too big for the amount of cheese and toppings they can use. To be fair I didn't contact them about this but they seen what they sent to me. I dont have it in me to tell people to care about their customers.
