  I’ve ordered from Papa John’s at this location many times, and for years deliveries were consistently brought right to my apartment door without any issue. That’s part of what you expect when you pay for delivery, convenience. Now, suddenly, I’m being told that drivers are not allowed to enter the building and that it’s “against policy.” This is the first time I’ve ever heard of that, and it directly contradicts my past experiences with this same location. Nothing about my building has changed, and there were never any problems before. To make matters worse, I paid both a delivery fee and a tip, yet I was still required to go downstairs to retrieve my order. If I’m paying for delivery and providing a gratuity, the expectation is that the food is delivered to my door, not to the lobby. On top of that, when I received a call telling me the driver was downstairs, I asked for the employee’s name. She refused to provide it and instead questioned why I was asking. That response felt unprofessional and only added to the frustration. If this truly is a new policy, it’s a major downgrade in service and should be clearly communicated before placing an order, not after the fact. Delivery to the door is a basic expectation, especially in apartment buildings. Consistency matters. Either this location changed its standards without notice, or the policy is being applied inconsistently. Either way, this experience was frustrating enough to make me reconsider ordering from here again.

  The guys at the cashier with the dreadlocks was very rude and wanted to fight me for no reason and try to follow me outside even though they other staff try to hold him.

  Love the pizza, glenway is one of the best locations, they care and don’t forget the sauces like other locations. 10/10
