  I ordered delivery and gave a 30% tip to the driver. She got to my house and didn't have the 20oz drink that I ordered. Instead of just immediately offering to go back and get it like an employee should, she asked me if I wanted her to go get it or if I'd just like a store credit. She didn't tell me how a credit would be given, nor did she take any initiative to ensure I would get reimbursed for this. I said it was fine and she left, but I will not be seeing that Mountain Dew or money back. Point of the story - good customer service would've owned the mistake and went back to get the item immediately.

  I ordered from their website and they switched it to a Doordash delivery so the pizza was not delivered in a warming bag. I put a note for the driver to not forget my Bleu cheese sauces for my buffalo pizza. He forgot and was rude when I asked if the Bleu cheese was there. I called the store to request they send the Bleu cheese so I could eat my buffalo pizza. They refused to deliver it, said I had to pick it up myself or take a $2 credit even though I now have a pizza that is no good. I said they messed up so they should deliver it, they said that would be another delivery fee so I'm supposed to pay for their mistake. The manager condescendingly said "I'm sorry you are inconvenienced over a few sauces" Terrible customer service

  I’ve ordered from Papa John’s at this location many times, and for years deliveries were consistently brought right to my apartment door without any issue. That’s part of what you expect when you pay for delivery, convenience. Now, suddenly, I’m being told that drivers are not allowed to enter the building and that it’s “against policy.” This is the first time I’ve ever heard of that, and it directly contradicts my past experiences with this same location. Nothing about my building has changed, and there were never any problems before. To make matters worse, I paid both a delivery fee and a tip, yet I was still required to go downstairs to retrieve my order. If I’m paying for delivery and providing a gratuity, the expectation is that the food is delivered to my door, not to the lobby. On top of that, when I received a call telling me the driver was downstairs, I asked for the employee’s name. She refused to provide it and instead questioned why I was asking. That response felt unprofessional and only added to the frustration. If this truly is a new policy, it’s a major downgrade in service and should be clearly communicated before placing an order, not after the fact. Delivery to the door is a basic expectation, especially in apartment buildings. Consistency matters. Either this location changed its standards without notice, or the policy is being applied inconsistently. Either way, this experience was frustrating enough to make me reconsider ordering from here again.

  The guys at the cashier with the dreadlocks was very rude and wanted to fight me for no reason and try to follow me outside even though they other staff try to hold him.
