  Last night I placed an order from Papa John’s, and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The pizza was made very poorly. The toppings were carelessly thrown on the pizza, and the jalapeños were piled in one area instead of being evenly distributed. It looked rushed and was not prepared with the quality I expected. It was so bad that I ended up throwing the pizza away because it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. In addition, I paid for a 2-liter Dr Pepper that I never received. After realizing it was missing, I called the store. The employee told me the delivery driver should be arriving shortly and then hung up on me. When I called back after returning to work, I was told the driver had asked for me while standing in front of them. However, that could not have happened because they were not at the delivery address I provided. They were at my workplace instead of the address listed on my order. I then had to drive to the store myself to try to resolve the issue, which defeated the purpose of paying for delivery. Even after making the trip, I still did not receive the 2-liter Dr Pepper that I paid for. Overall, I paid for a complete meal and delivery service but received a poorly made pizza, no drink, and unprofessional customer service. I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for this experience, including reimbursement for the missing drink and the poor quality of the order. I hope this matter can be resolved and that steps are taken to improve quality and customer service.

  I was hungry ready to order me a pizza. But i refuse. That woman had long hair no hat or hair net on picking pepperoni with her bare hands no gloves to put on a pizza... EEW. I see y they got 3 stars. Unsanitary. I walked out, didn't order anything. Never coming back. First and last visit

  I usually order from this location. Last week, I placed an order and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. I live three blocks from the store and it would have been faster had I just gone to pick up the food myself rather than pay $5 + tip for delivery. I didn’t realize they used door dash and the driver called me with an attitude because she didn’t want to get out of her car to enter the building (I was going to meet her in the lobby). The pizza was cold and overcooked. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  We submitted an order for 1 pizza at 709pm. About 15 mins after we ordered, we received a notification that it was being delivered via DoorDash. I never would have even submitted the order if I had known that DoorDash was going be handling the delivery. We received our order at 825pm. We live approximately 7 mins away from this location. Aside from the very late delivery time, our order was also incorrect. Some toppings were missing and others were only about 1/5th of the pizza. Also, we had a coupon on our order for $16.99, but the price of the pizza alone (not including delivery fees and tip,) was $23.79, after the discount listed on the receipt. I will never order delivery from this location again and low probability on carryout too.
