- TSTai SmithMay 2, 20261.0This was a delivery order that was fulfilled with DoorDash. The Dasher had to deal with the employee blatantly ignoring him, walking past the order after he gave the name for it. He walked back and forth several times, dropped a chicken wing on the floor, put it back into someone’s order, and finally gave him my order after making him wait unnecessarily. Needless to say, my food was cold by the time I got it. When I started to eat it, I could not help gagging and spitting the food out. Why was my pizza and my cheese bread SOUR? It was the most pungent and rotten thing I’ve ever attempted to eat. I had to throw the whole thing away. I submitted a customer service ticket, would absolutely love to talk to the manager/general manager to get my money back, and will never eat at a Papa John’s again. I’ve always loved it but selling food that very much tastes spoiled is outrageous. Hearing about how the employee also put contaminated food back in to be sold is horrific. I’m good.
