- KKKayMarieMar 17, 20261.0Don’t go through the drive-through with children wanting bagels because even though you request that the stuff get put on it, they will not do anything to put butter or cream cheese onto your bagel for you instead you’ll be pulling over on the side of the road to fix all of your children’s food. If it’s a policy for the store, it’s a stupid policy. The purpose of having a drive-through is ready to eat food, but your customer doesn’t have to hassle over. This location definitely lost a customer today.

The only down side to this location is there are staffing issues and sometimes when you order online / through the app they don’t have the proper staffing to be able to pick up your order through the drive through… and I have to go inside to pick up.
