  Went here 5-9-26, 6:15 pm. Restaurant was hot couldn't tell if ac was on or not. We were seated at the Both next to door that leads to bathrooms. That door kept slamming non stop which we felt through that wall on our seats, wham, wham, wham!!! Fix the door closure with a screwdriver, takes literally 2 minutes!!! Then for some odd reason a hostess brings out a side of broccoli 3 minutes after we ordered our meals, which we didn't order. So ultimately we go up and walked out, all we had were waters anyway. We've given outback many chances to redeem themselves after our last visit we both got sick from. We ended up eating at the wonderful Mexican restaurant next door where they indeed had cold ac blasting and great service and food.

  Steve is so fun and friendly! He definitely made our evening out very pleasant. Steve was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Great server! We will definitely be asking for him when we return.

  This place is the lowest grade steakhouse owned by Outback I have been. Slow slow service. Very rude and the food is well below standard. I have tried both dining in and the take out. They have you parked even when your food is ready and then rush out with your food and leave. Very unfortunate for us who love your food. Don’t waste your money management needs an overhaul throw the whole team away….

  We had an experience at Outback Steakhouse today that we will never forget. Trying to have an afternoon out to use gift card’s we’ve had for almost 6 months. What started as a simple lunch quickly turned into a terrifying moment when my husband began choking on his food. It was truly one of the scariest experiences we’ve ever faced. After I did the Heimlich maneuver and getting the food dislodged, my husband was understandably shaken. Our waitress, Brianna, and the manager (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) were absolutely phenomenal. Their quick response, calm demeanor, and genuine care meant more to us than words can express. They didn’t just do their jobs—they showed real compassion and kindness in a moment we desperately needed it. They stayed with us, helped calm my husband down, and made sure he was okay every step of the way. In a situation that could have ended so much worse, their presence brought comfort and reassurance. We are beyond grateful for the way they handled everything. Thank you for your kindness, your attentiveness, and for going above and beyond. You truly made a difference today, and we will never forget it. ❤️
