- DMD. M.2 days ago5.0Great service, friendly, waitress, and tasty food. Everything was hot and just as we’ve ordered.
- KCKyle Collett4 days ago3.0Food was just meh and not really as good as I've come to expect from Outback. Service was slow and only got one refill after being there for over an hour.
- KCK COct 7, 20262.0Did an online order through their website. Our toppings for our sweet potatoes were missing and my steak that I ordered medium rare was medium. I called to get a refund. I was on the phone for almost 10 minutes for the manager to say that the toppings are in the bag and that the toppings don’t come on the potato. I told her I understand but we only had butter for the bread provided and utensils. After that she said I need to leave a review to get store credit. It was a waste of time. My husband’s steak was cooked as ordered but was under seasoned. I know it’s a chain restaurant so I’m not expecting a high end experience but it’s disappointing nonetheless.
