  I went through the drive through omw to work like I always do each morning. When I was handed my food the employee, Amanda, rudely handed it to me, with a really bad attitude, and slammed the window shut then walked away. I beeped my horn as she slammed it to ask a condiment but she proceeded to ignore me and walk away. I know she heard me because she has done this to me once before. She works 3rd shift at the McDonakds Icoltz location. I’m told her name is Amanda . She has brown hair, no teeth and has not only an attitude but her facial expressions are very rude as well! Idk who she thinks she is but she has no business being in the food industry or any other job that she serves people. It’s bad enough that it’s so early in the morning that I’m not awake yet and I don’t have to be treated like that where it just ruins my day. Other than this one bad apple the restaurant and management is great. The manager came to the window when I went back around to complain and was very polite and helpful.

  ordered a doordash from here and apparently it got stolen and for some reason the employees wouldnt remake it, i feel like thats a reasonable enough thing to remake it cuz i cant even get my money back

  I have been to this location twice now since it opened. each time i’ve had not, accurate, fresh food. The fries are salted and the people are friendly.

  Honestly the most rude staff I have ever met. went through the drive thru to pick up a online order they answered with attitude got mad at me and made me come inside to pick it up then proceeded to call me a smartass/jackass and proceeded to tell me to leave

  Saturday night, the 18th: I visit frequently and always receive excellent service, but tonight I ordered a Big Mac and a cheeseburger. Instead, they gave me the cheeseburger and some McNuggets. When I returned the order, the young woman—displaying a very poor attitude—swapped it for me, but the food was already cold. Later, I ordered two ice creams—one chocolate and one caramel with extra chocolate topping—but they brought them to me with only caramel. The service tonight was very poor. Saturday, 10:20 PM. The tables were dirty, and there was no ketchup available. Unfortunately, the staff on duty today provided very poor service... the morning shift, however, offered excellent service and friendliness.
