  Absolutely horrendous! Orders always wrong and nasty! Went in tonight and they were so busy hanging out in the back that I couldn't even get anyone to take my order! I mentioned it to a manager who was outside before I left without placing an order and all she said was the order taker was currently in the bathroom and she was busy checking in a truck! You'd think she, as a manager, could take 2 minutes to take my order! Guess they dont want my business! Ill most definitely never go back to this location again since they showed me they could care less about my business!

  Food is horrible - not cooked all the way through- burger was super pink inside and when I’ve gotten chicken nuggets they were too done (as if the oil wasn’t changed when fried). I’ve always tried to go to Eastgate location but wanted the 24/7 location since it was open later. Never again.

  where do i begin???? it all started about 11:30PM EST. My boyfriend’s roommate and I decided we cannot make milkshakes in the blender, and decided to doordash. i also decided the cheeto mac and cheese i ate for dinner was not satisfying my insatiable appetite. we ordered a mcchick, med fry, and large choco milkshake for 20 DOLLARS. these prices were already outrageous, yet we decided it would be worth it (IT WAS NOT). the poor dasher, (shoutout Hezekiah), waited at maccas for AN HOUR and would not inform boyfs roomie as to why the establishment was lallygagging so dang much on our relatively easy order. after the wait, we found out THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS DOWN. HOW COULD WE HAVE BEEN SO NAIVE????? when it finally arrives to our apartment complex, the DP (dr pepper) we substituted the milkie for DID NOT COME WITH A STRAW. and furthermore, was the hamburgler present during the hour wait? because tell me why my med fry was not filled to the appropriate level, and could barely pass as a kids meal fry. pls hire more people or someone get ronald mcdonald to audit this place because we all know something needs done about this. thank you. - Captain Cat

  This location is consistently trash. The app often does not work when going through the drive thru, they claim that it happens often at the location. I’m not even sure how that is possible. They never offer you a receipt after you pay. There is a 50/50 chance they mess your order up in someway. The food is abysmal, always cold or undercooked often requiring you to use the microwave at home. Fries always garbage, cold and unsalted. Joe is Hungry would be ashamed. Since you get no receipt or have any trace of your order thru the app, you are unable to complain or get comped. Who is the owner of this location? They need reported to corporate asap
