  I came on 10/13/26 around 5pm and there was a really nice woman named Sam there who handled a rush really well. Made sure every order was correct even though the rest of the team wasn’t so worried about it. She deserves a raise for sure.

  I always go through the drive thru during peak lunchtime. Service is always friendly and even when they’re busy and gotta wait a bit, my fries always come out hot and fresh, the one thing I really care about. You can tell they really try to service everyone quick and with a smile.

  I honestly only typically come here late nights on Friday or saturday. Rebecca, who is always working these nights, is such a great worker. Even though its the middle of the night, the food is always fresh and hot. I am so thankful because a lot of times ive worked a 15 hour day and this is basically what's open on beechmont. I know I can always count on her for a good meal at McDonald's, my orders are never wrong, she deserves a raise!!

  I was coming to the drive thru to place a order I come and from the wrong way and she say I can’t place a order because I come and the wrong way this was at 3 am on September Tuesday the 29th

  I had arrived with a later night order on the app, the app had stated since I had arrived that I had to contact the store for a refund. Well I did, the kids working were nice however the shrieking banshee of a manager that decided to close up shop early despite being listed as 24 hours was no help. She kept yelling at them over their headset to keep the door closed and to "GO THROUGH THE APP!!!!!" Despite me physically showing the nice young men who did bother to help me where it stated I had to go through the store. Online support was able to somewhat help me, I have to wait for the charge to go through and then reach back out to support now, this shouldn't have been an issue per support had the manager done her job and just process the refund in store as the app instructs. Seems she did not want to follow their own apps rules. I would recommend them change the hours so people do not waste their time or money driving here to get food at a falsely advertised time. I go here frequently so luckily the young men that did help me were nice since they see me a lot. They actually showed some customer service and have always been nice when I see them. Can't say the same about the manager who didn't bother to show up and just kept yelling over the intercom rather than come out and solve the issue or explain it themselves rather than leave some kids out to dry. TLDR, Please shut off the orders at the proper time so people can actually save their money and not have to jump through hoops and treat your regulars better as a leader and set an example for these kids.
