  First time there and pulled up to the order bow window and menu and they wouldn't take my order. They told me to pull around to have my order taken- why do laps to get your order?! No wonder they have bad reviews.

  Almost consistently poor service, incorrect orders, ridiculously long wait times or sometimes just straight up not being given my order. I've sat at the drive thru some mornings and just never been served, despite driving by and seeing workers inside. I've had a drive thru attendant look at me, say "I'm pretty sure I made this coffee wrong" and hand it to me anyways. I've placed a mobile curbside order, waited in my spot for 15 minutes only to go inside and be told "guess we forgot to bring it out to you". I realize McDonald's isn't exactly fine dining, but this location is barely holding up to even basic fast food expectations. Not even a fast food place at this point considering the wait times. You're better off going to any of the multiple other locations nearby.

  Horrible customer service in drive thru. I go here frequently and people working dont say a word... no have a nice day....just dumb looks when they hand you the food. Not to mention orders are always missing items

  Completely terrible. Never get your order right and then have a problem giving you the correct order. Ask for a frappe and receive an ice coffee, ask for a fish sandwich and receive a McChicken. Would not recommend eating at this location.

  The food is edible, but usually the mcflurries don't have any vanilla flavoring at all. Despite what I can assume it to be standard Vanilla Ice cream, the shakes are alright. The food a lot of times is wrong or cold. Despite ordering, it only a minute's ahead. The service, I mean, it's okay. It's a mcdonald's, but things also being on delay every visitor other visitors also kind of slightly annoying, because it's to the point where it's like 52 ten minutes, at least or I have to constantly come around and tell them I have an item missing. This mcflurry tastes like a touch of oreo and lack of vanilla.
