  Genuinely the rudest and slowest location. I'm not sure if it's because it's a bunch of young people but honestly to get anybody to even acknowledge you here is terrible. I watched multiple customers in front of me be treated like horrible by these people. I came in on a morning shift at 9:00 in the morning. There was multiple dashers waiting there and they wouldn't communicate with any of them. A lot of us were in the lobby waiting for food and the woman was rudely screaming out names. Honestly, this place is not somewhere that you want to eat. Take your family or your kids. Hopefully this place goes out of business at this point

  This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE. Their management should be ashamed. Several times they’ve told me to pull forward with a very simple order and then have completely forgotten about me. I’ve had to walk inside only to be chastised by the team. Member telling me that they were in the bathroom. They’re very unwelcoming and I will never go back

  I ordered in and received a wadded up wrapped cheeseburger and undercooked fries. When I returned the fries the manager argued they were not undercooked. When I showed him the wet, limp fries he told me, rudely, that they can’t cook them to everybody’s taste and that it’s a new time, tastes have changed since “Grandpa’s” time. He then made me wait over five minutes for a new order. Never had a problem here before, but this management needs to be retrained in customer service.

  Avoid at all costs, especially if you see a line of cars in the drive thru. This location constantly makes mistakes, asks you what you ordered after a 10-15 minute wait, and the place is staffed by people who are either exhausted or done. I tried to give this place a break but after 5-8 times of experiencing the same result, it’s an issue.

  This has to be the WORST McDonald’s in Cincinnati. I live locally and anybody who does knows we don’t have many options. My children unfortunately love McDonald’s food so we make frequent visits. Not to mention I work locally as well. I’ve seen everything go wrong from my orders being entirely wrong to them handing me clear sweet tea and trying to tell me it’s normal. Today was a new one, suddenly after 10 years of going through McDonald’s drive through as with apprentices riding passenger in my truck the manager tells me I can’t place a double order through the drive through and proceeds to argue and tell me he would if he had more staff. That is not my problem.. Then after that confrontation he hands me a unsweetened watered down tea when I clearly order on the receipt a sweet tea. Gives me the wrong sauces. Stay away from this place take the extra 10 minutes to drive to mount Carmel McDonald’s. Horrible
