Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with nobody replying or a sign up stating they're closed. Pulled up to window and inquire and was ignored by 3 employees by window. Made eye contact and went about whatever they were doing. Tried to get my money back from the app and they told me no it's up to the restaurant and they sent the store the concern to get refunded. Here we are almost a week later and no refund or anyone reaching out. I literally work 30 seconds from this McDonald's but will now drive 10 minutes away to the next closest. Will not be returning to this terrible establishment.
