  The short-haired black female manager In the mornings is rude as hell to everyone. There are people standing there waiting on mobile orders and she's doing three or four DoorDash orders right in front of these people when the DoorDash isn't even there but your mobile orders are. This goes to show that just because some people are managers or have a degree doesn't necessarily mean that they are smart or are doing what's best for the company and or the customer or client.

  If ordering via a mobile app... and they are out of something they tell you to request a refund in the app. Customer service says the refund has to be done at the store.

  The young employees at this establishment require additional customer service training and improved supervision. My experience was far from satisfactory. My food was not prepared according to my specifications. I spoke to the manager, who apologized, but it’s hard to believe that the issue was genuinely addressed. I wlk thing twice before purchasing from this location in the future

  The absolute worst food experience I have ever had on the planet. It has been my last resort for years because no other local food places have been open between certain hours whatsoever for years and I have been sick nearly every single time eating here but it's the only place open. Please for the love of God, someone else open a competing business to shut this trash down for once and for all.
