  I was in the drive through line, waiting for my turn after the car in front of me drive up. However, they didn’t take order on my line. No one has said anything, I was waited for like 10 mins and the car in the next lane got his order, yet nothing on my line. I was calling out at the speaker, no response. And the next lane cars got their order. I drove up to the pay window and the rep told me I have to get back in line bc there is several cars behind me. I said why, bc I waited but they didn’t take my order. I just want a happy meal for my daughter, it won’t take long to put that in. She said her boss won’t allow her to take my order. After a minute or two reasoning with the rep, she called her boss. He told me to get back in line and slam the window in my face. What a horrible service!! Is it bc I’m Asian?

  It could have been worse. The person in the drive thru did not show our order on the screen. And we were given items that we didn't order which in turn caused us to be over charged. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. I did appreciate that.

  Ordered chocolate milkshake, it was handed to me and worker immediately closes window and disappears. Chocolate was vanilla with a tiny swirl of chocolate...looked like vanilla tasted like vanilla. I waited until someone else finally came to the window and I asked if this was correct. It's chocolate I was told they got a new machine. I said well it doesn't taste like it either and drove away. I guess new machine means chocolate is now vanilla but no it's chocolate because she says so. Hilarious.
