  By far one of the best McDonalds near Cincinnati. Every time I've been here they are fast and accurate. Very impressive for such a busy restaurant.

  Worst experience EVERY TIME!!!! I don’t know what it is about this mcdonalds but every time I order a burger (NOT A CHEESEBURGER) they put cheese on it every time. This time I had to scrape all the cheese off of the burgers and ended up throwing them all out because all I could taste was cheese. The fries were even worse. I was excited because for once the fries were warm well that is because they put them in the fryer just long enough to get mushy. None, and I mean none, of the fries were crispy. They didn’t put the sauce in the bag so I had no sauce for my nuggs. I also had to go back around the drive through 3 times because they missed items. I am not quality control so I gave up looking for missing items. I don’t know what is going on in that establishment but no one is managing the kids that are just carelessly put together the orders. In this economy any money I spend should be spent on the things I asked for. If I wasn’t desperate for a fast meal I would never go here but it is the only place open when I get off of work. All I am saying is if I ask for a hamburger I want a hamburger!! Please stop putting cheese on it if I wanted a cheeseburger that is what I would have ordered!!!!!!

  Tbh, it's McDonald's so I don't expect much. But today I was given a show. The lady at the first window charged me the wrong amount and freaked out. She started screaming louder and louder "Bailey, Bailey, Bailey". After this she threw a bunch of happy meal boxes and slammed the window.. lol.. Continuing to scream for " Bailey " . This was all within 30 seconds. Bailey did arrive but it was too late. I heard her continue to yell as I pulled forward. Bailey, if you see this, you did nothing wrong. I'm sorry you have to deal with that crazy old lady😂😭

  Drive-Thru Nightmare at This McDonald’s – Management Has Completely Failed I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s for years and have always accepted the occasional slow night. My latest overnight visit, however, was unacceptable. I pulled into the drive-thru at roughly 11:45 p.m. and sat at the ordering speaker for over ten full minutes in complete silence. No greeting, no static, no sign of life. It felt like the entire location had been abandoned. I honestly wondered if the store was closed or empty. Eventually one single employee responded. That was it—one person apparently handling the entire overnight shift alone. I have zero blame for that employee; they sounded exhausted and were clearly doing their best under impossible conditions. No one should be left to run a full drive-thru operation solo like that. This is 100% on management and the franchise owner. Deliberate understaffing to this degree is negligent and disrespectful to every customer who expects basic fast-food service at a McDonald’s. Ten minutes just to place an order at the drive-thru is not “busy”—it’s a failure of leadership. The owner of this location should be ashamed and should feel real pressure to fix it before corporate McDonald’s ever sees reviews like this. I will not return until management proves they will staff the overnight shift properly. Owners: read this, take responsibility, and do better. Your customers—and your franchise—deserve far more than one person left to handle everything. 1 star. Do not recommend

  Johnny was great he took my order greeted me with a smile had a nice attitude and to be honest he deserves a promotion. He works really hard as far as what I see and he made my experience at McDonald’s a great one.
