  This is, by far, the worst McDonald's in the city. Consistently slow service, especially in the evenings.

  Ordered a big Mac with no bun. And what I got was two of their smallest patties with a pinch of shredded lettuce and a dollop of big mac sauce which ended up on the lid of the plastic box it came in. I went inside and the young manager (lady with blond hair, whose name I didn't catch - date of visit was April 25, 2026 at 4pm) said it looks about right and walked back in. There were a couple of other customers who saw what I was holding and they said it does not look right at all. I ended up walking away. I had good experiences here in the past but this one negative experience was bad enough to negate all the previous positive experiences. Absolutely will not recommend this branch to anyone.

  I've been to a lot of places, and this is by far my worst experience that I've ever had with a restaurant. Not only did they have several vehicles (including myself) sitting at the speaker for 10+ minutes with no acknowledgement, but after getting to the window, they had no idea what order was mine. Despite that (they seemed like they found it after looking the voice code up again) they had me pull forward, and never came back to my vehicle with my food. After waiting an additional 15 minutes (I shouldn't have), I cancelled my order.
