  Went through the drive thru person typed in the order all wrong had to tell them what we wanted 4 more times just couldn't get it right absolutely ridiculous and we got charged for the completely wrong order

  They are lazy and rude they always say system is down when they don't want to work get a new job drove here just to have to cancel my online order.

  I pulled up at 9:30 at night in the drive thru behind someone, sat there for 10 minutes with no service before they decided to drive off. Waited another 5 minutes before of no service before deciding to go to the first window. And they had a note taped to the window saying “Closed”. This isn’t the first time this kind of thing has happened. They are chronically closed early. No problem if you don’t want to be open that late but change your hours if you’re not gonna be open.

  I had a frustrating experience at the McDonald’s in Delhi (Cincinnati). I stopped in to order a simple cup of ice water and was told I couldn’t get one unless I purchased something else. The manager, Heather, was very rude and unhelpful during the interaction, which made the situation even worse. What’s especially disappointing is that I went to another McDonald’s location right afterward and was able to get a large cup of water without any issue. The inconsistency and poor customer service at this location really stood out. I understand policies can vary, but the way this was handled was unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope management looks into improving both their customer service and consistency.

  How did Delhi McDonald's get worser than Price Hill?Customer Service, Being Polite communication and Fast Food is all out the door here. Doesn't matter if you order 30 mins in advance, your not getting your order in a reasonable timeframe...3 to 5 mins, on a mobile order should be good...Not here, 10 mins plus.. Customer Service, Being Friendly.... forget that .. they're mad you took their attention from their phone...Even have chairs now so they can sit and Snapchat instead of helping your team...Team is probably not in their dictionary or vocabulary. You can see the "I need a Zanex at 15" mentality... absolutely horrible to go here anymore. I'm 40, I remember going here with my grandma when I was 5. This place holds alot of my dearest memories...like a lot of places do in Cincinnati...Can you guys stop trying to be horrible people..I can tell you all now, that kind of attitude..(and Management, you all suck too), that attitude Is not going to go good for you in the future. The sooner everyone stops acting like we're all against each other the sooner we can heal ourselves and our country, all of Us...no matter the background, race, religion or the color.of.our skin!!
