  This is in reference to the great customer service I get from the young man at the drive though every time. So friendly! Everyone there is though.

  Ordered off the app… missing an item and the items I did receive were not made correctly. Service was 1/10- stood there at the register for 5+ minutes before the girl who was on the ground seeming to be working (she saw me the whole time) on something finally stood up and didn’t say a word to me- had to say “here for - this order” she looked clueless. Awful staff. Honestly the one in Norwood is 5x better than this place.

  I get it, these jobs aren't the most glamorous and I know they're monotonous and all around it just sucks to work at McDonald's. I am more sympathetic to that than most people. Having said that every time I go into this location regardless who's working they have the rudest shortest borderline hostile attitude and demeanor for even the most minor questions. And that's not to dimension dude behind the counter taking orders just standing there straight up picking his nose right in front of me and delaying to take my order so he can make sure he picks his nose till he's satisfactory. That's disgusting bro. Dude should be firing on the spot. I got the receipt date timestamp everything to pinpoint exactly when he did it it and if anybody from management wants to reach out I'd be happy to participate in making sure that vile person doesn't have a job by the end of the day. Do not go to this McDonald's no matter what day no matter who's on staff working it's always the same amount of rudeness and I'm sick of it. We'll never go back to this hellish McDonald's ever again for the rest of my days
