  🤗,I have never been to Jimmy Johns.I told the guy that took my order.I told him that I was on a budget.I asked him what he would recommend for me and my grandbabies.I ordered my food.When we were waiting I asked him what drink and chips can we get he said after I paid your food doesn't come with anything.If I told you this was my first time I thought he would have said do you want a combo or just a sandwich. The service wasn't that good to me.Another thing I asked for light lettuce he gave me so much lettuce that I could have made a salad.I also asked for pickles I didn't get any. If I tell you that this is my First time it's up to you to want me to have the Best experience ever and to come back as well as bringing someone else New with me.Please treat others like you want someone to treat you.It is a blessing to have a job and a blessing to serve others.Especially if they never been to Jimmy John's.🥰

  I went to the Jimmy John's at approximately 8:50pm to get a veggie sandwich. They close at 9. The door was propped open with a chair and one of the workers was outside taking a smoke break. When I entered, the guy behind the counter told me they were closed. He said that the door was open because some bread had been burned and he was airing out the store. I wasn't going to argue about the time because I feel like I would be risking getting my food tampered with if I had to argue to get it. So I just left. My phone said 8:52 when I left. I won't be going to Jimmy John's anymore.

  It’s crazy how good service really shapes your experience. Maya has helped me everytime I’ve gone in and not only is she patient/friendly as my indecisive mind makes a choose but she also gives really good recommendations. Don’t get me wrong, their bread and sandwiches are delicious. This team is doing a great job!
