  Visiting a relative in Cincinnati so I had to try what they say is the best ice cream. I have to agree it is very good and there are very many flavors with chips, as well as many like the lemon flavor I had that was just the refreshment I needed after some of the other Cincy special foods like the chili four ways...

  What an awesome staff. From the moment we walked into the store, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Both staff members were happy and friendly. They even offered my granddaughter a “little” spoon to share her ice cream with her baby doll? It’s hard to have a bad time eating Graeters ice cream but this stuff went above and beyond to make the experience extra special!

  PLEASE come to Kansas City! This is by far the best ice cream I've ever had. The Black Raspberry Chip is incredible. The employees (4/7/26 in the evening sometime) at this location thoroughly enjoy their job and telling you about the process to make the ice cream. It's probably a good thing they're not near me because it would be too tempting.
