Attempted to order ice cream twice and even though they had at least 6 people working there, not a single employee asked to take my order while I stood at the counter. Chatting with each other and every employee working on one customers order. Great ice cream but go to other better managed locations.
- PNPaul NorthupApr 14, 20262.0Ice cream was ok, not the caliber everyone talks it up to be. The service was not very good at this location. The gentleman that was waiting on the inside customers, we saw him blow his nose and rolled the tissue in a wad and threw it away. Then asked us what was needed, he did not wash his hands. Sanitizer does not good when your hands are "soiled" from blowing your nose, it was disgusting. And instead of using the hand wash sink behind the counter, when my wife asked him to wash hishands after blowing his nose, he took off in the back and was gone for a few minutes. We will not go back to this location anymore.

This evening, I stopped to get a 2-scoop ice cream in a cup and was told it was about $12.50 because I had two scoops and prices had increased. I told them to keep their ice cream at that ridiculous price and went down the street to McDonald's for a McFlurry at $2.20. I've enjoyed Graeter's for 50+ years but this is the final straw.
