- MDMichael DAug 20, 20261.08 people working behind the counter and only 2 customers including me. I waited 5 minutes to be helped before I finally asked if I could as invisible or something. I just wanted a refill of my drink with my cup in hand only be told go to the water fountain. The one person even waived customers behind me and would not help me. I spent $50 in ice cream for the family, and I just wanted a simple refill. Do better!

The ice cream was good, with plenty of flavors to choose from, and everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. One of the highlights was the indoor playground, which kept our kids entertained while we finished our treats. The shop also had a variety of merchandise for sale, making it feel like more than just an ice cream stop. Overall, it's a fun place to visit, especially for families with young children. While we enjoyed the experience and the ice cream was certainly good, we didn't find it to be exceptional compared to some other ice cream shops we've visited. Still, it's a solid choice if you're in the area and looking for a sweet treat.
