Today’s experience was less than favorable. I placed my regular order, and the representative either didn’t hear or misunderstood me, but she gave me the wrong item. When I pointed out that it was incorrect, her response was less than satisfactory. It seems that since last week, when I was here, the register has been moved to a different location. I was standing where I thought the register was, but she never directed me to the other end of the counter where it had been moved. I proceeded to order because she didn’t ask for my rewards number. I gave her my rewards number, but she either entered it incorrectly or wasn’t listening, as she did not seem to register it properly. I repeated it multiple times. I waited for her to prompt me to see if I had any rewards, but she didn’t, so I checked my app and saw I had a five-dollar reward. I asked, "Can you see my reward on the system?" The entire experience was not my normal experience at the location I usually visit, and another customer interjected, saying it was an honest mistake. While the mistake may have been genuine, the interaction after that was still less than favorable, with no immediate correction or apology.
