  Went into this location with my family. Asked for a kids sundae and was told for pecans it would be extra. We frequent the montgomery location often and they never upcharge for pecans. The store manager was rude. Vicky, said, its in the book, ill show it to you. Her entire mannerism was just not good. Not to mention I was ordering for my entire family and she looked passed me and started taking another persons order. My family will not be back to this location.

  We ordered a double chocolate chip scoop for my daughter and a turtle sundae for myself. Her double choc chip ice cream had a golf ball size chocolate frozen piece of chocolate inside the school, in my 6yr old daughter’s ice cream. My turtle sundae was basically vanilla ice cream with chocolate ‘nut sauce’ on the sides, and a glob of whipped cream (that was not sweet all) over the top. Staff was quite unfriendly, even after saying we don’t come here often when trying to order, and unhelpful about their menu. She gave me the turtle sundae and it was vanilla ice cream with chocolate all around it, no caramel, and as much whipped topping as ice cream. It was unappetizing. I asked for another bowl and some caramel to make it ‘turtle’. When asked ‘do you want us to remake it’ after I brought the turtle sundae back up I said no thank you, I’d rather you make it ‘right’ the first time. Graeter’s is expensive, this was really disappointing. Culver’s and Freddys make better turtle sundaes, and Kroger has more consistent and good chocolate chip ice cream than that. I won’t return.
