  We asked a simple question about whether the order came with two flavors. Before we could even finish the interaction, the employee responded by raising her voice and speaking to us in a way that was unnecessarily abrupt and disrespectful. There was no misunderstanding, no difficult request, and no reason for that attitude. There were several employees behind the counter, no long line, and no visible pressure that could explain such an unwelcoming response. Basic courtesy should never be optional. Afterward, my sister asked for the manager’s contact information because we felt the interaction was unacceptable, but we weren’t given it. like customer concerns weren’t taken seriously.

  Want to give zero stars just for of customer service. We asked one simple, harmless question: “Does it come with half-and-half flavors?” Instead of answering like someone who works in customer service, the employee snapped at us, raised her voice . The tone was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and hostile as if asking a basic question was somehow an inconvenience. The store wasn’t even busy. There were four employees behind the counter, no long line, and absolutely no reason for anyone to be impatient or aggressive. We weren’t complaining, demanding anything special, or holding up the line. We were simply asking for clarification Customer service isn’t about making people feel like they’re bothering you for speaking. I was frustrated enough to ask for the manager’s contact information so I could report the incident, and even that wasn’t provided. That’s disappointing and speaks volumes about the accountability at this location.

  I got the cookie dough, lowkey sickening but also satisfied my sweet tooth. Icecream melted very quickly, a bit stressful. Overall yummy and good service.
