And got more upset as people came in closer to 11:00 which was the closing time. Then with 2 minutes to 11:00, one of the workers yells out and says we're closed. Super weak. Everyone there was with their family and no reason to treat your customers like that.

The ice cream is great, but that is not why I continue to give Graeters my business; it is because they try to connect with their customers and provide them nothing but love and respect when you walk through the door. As someone who values a family experience at restaurants and businesses, that is why you go time and time again. It is not about the ice cream, but about being treated like a friend or family member, not just some customer. In today’s business world, many of the chains' customer service is missing that above and beyond ingredient to want you to come back! My buddy Xavier is an absolute legend, and he deserves a raise. Each flavor is filled with mouthwatering goodies, and the super creamy small batch ice cream is made fresh and ready to devour. If you are looking for one of the best ice cream joints I've ever tried (and I have tried hundreds if not thousands across the country because I LOVE ice cream) this is near the top of the list. Each bite makes your belly smile. Enjoy!
