- BKBryan K2 days ago2.0So 1st of all let me say I love the vegetarian option which is the only reason I go to gold star .. my first complaint is that the chili bowls have way more spaghetti than spaghetti and I have said something about this but was told they’re only allowed to give out one scoop which I think should be half n half actually or they should be called spaghetti bowls .. and my other complaint is something I see someone else below complaining about and that’s when me and my family come there we are always being charged for ice water or a cup of ice in the evenings by the lady who wears the glasses with the blonde hair .. I think k that’s ridiculous! And last but least is the details of how our orders are made . We always order vegetarian chili but on multiple occasions I’ve watched them give us the regular chili .. good thing I was in the store those times to catch that happen so with that being said I won’t even order online or go through the drive thru because I’m afraid I won’t get the what I’ve ordered unless I’m there watching it get prepared! The lady with the blonde hair and glasses is strict about charging a dollar for water to the point where I hate going in this location but it is the closest one to my house.. please change the way you ration the chili out with the spaghetti’ because all that starch is diabetes prone!

Then the other girl comes and say they round up or something. A simple order turns into a customer never coming back.

Even the service staff were quite friendly, however except for the nickel and dime extras over small things like cup of ice water costing a dollar or a side of pickles for my burger costing an extra $0.40. however I was allowed to get free crackers and hot sauce for some reason. To me that's not decent customer service. My experience could have been decent. But they lose it on the overcharging of every little small condiment or item. As if coney and fries or a burger and fries ( no drink option??? ) were not expensive enough already.
