I either didnt get the sides of cheese I paid for or I didnt get any sides at all. This time around my 4 way tastes odd, (but when i called, she swore up and down she did it right). I called both times and the missus that "helped" was completely dismissive! She kept talking over me. Obviously trying to get off the phone. If you could hear someone roll their eyes over the phone! Called corporate about the behavior. It seems like this location does really well with its regulars and dine ins though! Otherwise, go to a different location. :) Ridge Rd has never done me wrong. Will be going back to them!
