- ABAmanda Benza6 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with the management at this Gold Star location. I used the drive-thru and got home only to find that my order was completely messed up—a 3-Way was missing entirely, and two other meal containers were not properly closed, spilling chili and spaghetti all over the bottom of the bag. When I called to request a credit for the missing and ruined food, the manager insisted that I drive back to the store to bring in the spilled bag of food to get a credit. Asking a customer to transport a soggy, messy bag of loose chili and spaghetti back in their car after messing up the order is completely unreasonable customer service. I won't be returning to this location.

Before I went a friend suggested getting it with the shredded cheddar instead of american. First clue something was wrong, I get my bacon cheese burger and it has just a few shreds of cold cheese mixed in with the toppings, unmelted. I don't complain. When I get the bill, it has an extra charge of $1.79 for "no american, add cheese." When I asked the young lady when they started charging for a different cheese she said "they're making us do that now." I understand times are tough, but to whomever "they" are... there is opportunity in this failure. 🧀🍔😂

I go here because it’s the closest one by my house and still even giving the benefit of the doubt I’m highly disappointed every time. My order is never correct and I have to go through the drive through a second time just to get it correct. All the staff all need to be retrained.
