Love the layout of the store and I love how you can find delicious products that aren’t super unhealthy. It’s like what Whole Foods should be if it wasn’t overpriced and bought out by Amazon

We stood by waiting , but finally had to interrupt a conversation between 2 employees to be acknowledged & get help at the meat counter. As we were ordering the other employee came back to the meat counter and interrupted our discussion with the butcher who recognized the problem, but wasn’t comfortable managing the behavior of the other person (who seemed to be managing). I guess exceptional customer service is a dying art. As someone who was public-facing for 40 working years, I know how hard it can be to balance customer service and required preparation. But first, always make people feel welcome. Apologize for a less than stellar experience. I’m just no longer spending money in places I am not (at least) acknowledged. Last visit.
