- KRKathleen ReynoldsJul 24, 20261.0I ordered DoorDash on 07/23/2026 at approximately 9:30pm. I ordered a hamburger with ketchup. When I received my order it did not have ketchup on it. I removed the bun from the burger to put ketchup on it and to my surprise 😮 there sat what appeared to be a pubic hair on top of the burger. So of course I keep it and take a picture of it. On 07/24/2026 I return to said restaurant with receipt, picture and hair that I placed in a baggie. The 1st Manager that they sent me lasted about 30 seconds once he realized what was taking place. So he went and got a different manager. I go over the same story with the second manager, along with the pictures and would appear to be a pubic hair inside of a baggie, and to be quite honest his tone was definitely dismissive and seemed frustrated that I was there in the store with one of his employees pubic hair. He did inform me, however, that they were currently working on within the past 24 hours of trying to fix issues like the one I have and then proceeded to ask me if they could prepare me another meal and of course I told him I would definitely never eat there again.

When I did try to call about it. Very disappointed 😞 when I did call they were not able to help me. I was told to call back later.

Especially by Telly (I hope i spelled that right, if not, sorry). He always greets me when I come in for my pick up and lets me know it's being worked on. Very friendly staff. Love coming here!
