  I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today at your drive-through. When I arrived, I simply asked the employee for sugar and Splenda. However, she appeared to be in a rush and did not listen carefully to my request. She then slammed the window shut, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Shortly after, I spoke with the manager and explained that I had just placed an online order and was told it would take 4–5 minutes. There was no line behind me, so I believed it would be fine to wait briefly. Unfortunately, both the employee and the manager responded rudely, and again the window was shut abruptly. To make matters worse, my order was not prepared correctly. I did not receive the cream or Splenda I requested, and the sandwich was messy, with cheese spread all over the wrap. This order wasn’t even for me—it was for someone else—which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I felt that my concerns were ignored and that I was treated without basic courtesy. I believe customer service, especially in a drive-through setting, should include patience, attentiveness, and respectful communication. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works with their team to improve both attitude and service quality.

  They were making orders and not calling it out and leaving it behind the counter and ignoring the pick up counter my order sat there for 20 minutes and kept saying they were making the food, but my food was sitting there for over 20 minutes behind the counter and my food was cold

  The staff was super friendly and it was quick through the drive thru! It was my first time here and I would definitely visit again, they have a lot of options to choose from!

  I've been coming to Einstein Bros. Bagels on Union Centre in West Chester for about 10 years now, and somehow they just keep getting better and better. That says a lot, because most places lose consistency over time—but not this one. The care, freshness, and quality in every single order is obvious. Manager Jen (with one n!) is absolutely wonderful. She runs this location with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. You can tell when a place has strong leadership, and this store absolutely does. The whole staff is always friendly and welcoming, especially Shane, who is always great to see and keeps things moving with a positive attitude. What really stands out is that they make you feel appreciated every time you come in. Orders are accurate, food is fresh, and the service is fast without ever feeling rushed. And if you're reading this wondering what to order—definitely try the lox bagel. I get mine on a toasted potato bagel, no capers, extra red onion, and it is incredible every single time. This location has earned my loyalty for a decade, and they continue to exceed expectations. Easy 5 stars.
