The place is always clean, service is fast and always comes fresh! Good coffee options and you can build your own bagel as you please. Love the soundtrack too, haha, always “get some and add to my Spotify”. Love it here, and worth “traveling” from Florence,Ky to Clifton,Oh. Thank you. (No photos because I ate it all)

Extremely condescending and I have watched and heard him clearly talking terribly about his staff members whilst in front of customers as well as other staff. Extremely rude to people who are not spending a lot of money, and I have seen homeless people come in with money to pay and they are still forced to leave and talked to like garbage... The rest of the staff are super sweet but I hope they find better management for this location. Extremely childish and unprofessional, especially considering he is considerably older than the young girls working there, weird.

Saw and heard a girl getting screamed at by her manager while she was sobbing. I wish there was more i could do than leave a review because I have never seen such a disgusting display. Don't come here if you don't enjoy seeing grown men yell at college aged girls. Horrible, and this is not the first time i have seen what i assume to be the general manager at this location being rude to staff. Unbelievable
