    This is the slowest coffee place I've ever been to. Coffee is great but I was the third car in drive thru and sat there almost 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

    My partner and I came in today, it’s 8/3/26 around 730ish. The line was very long and when we got to the window the workers were very flustered. We over heard that the entire team except the two girls were outside having a team meeting. I felt this was extremely unprofessional, not of the girls working but of the staff outside watching the cars pile up. Management should have stepped in and helped. Staff meetings can wait and not only did it make our experience not great but I felt really bad for the two girls who had to deal with that. I hope yall do better for your crew in the future. The girls did a great job’s our drinks were delicious. I’d suggest leaving space for drinks that get soda water and foam, my foamed over all over my lap and the worker even said that was a common problem, so maybe fix it? Yall don’t seem to been good problem solvers lol. Anyways, hope those girls get raises.

    As someone who had worked at a Dutch Bros for 4 years, this was probably the best service I’ve seen from someone on window in a long time. While stopping by on our cross country road trip, we met Braxton! He was super upbeat, talkative, and engaged in our conversation. I know how tiring that shift can be, and that sometimes it’s easier to phone it in (especially if customers have already paid) but he was SO good and I felt it warranted a review!!
