    I am from Spokane WA, Dutch Bros are everywhere. Made it over to Winton location for a treat, and what a treat it was! The Annihilator was spectacular, as always. The staff was very friendly and had my order ready fast. If you like coffee drinks, this is the place to go!!

    Waiting in line way too long to have already paid for my drink. My order was taken at 2:40. It is 1:16 and I’m still behind four cars. People are line cutting and it’s terrible how the cars just jump in front of you. I will not be back

    The drinks are pretty good but they can be pretty sweet sometimes. We ordered the Muffin Tops expecting them to be fresh but they were pre-packaged and they had a ton of sugar in them. The lighting around the building was super pretty though.

    I've had two experiences within about two weeks of each other at this location that have honestly put me off Dutch Bros completely. In both instances, I did the mobile order-ahead function. Today, I put in an order around 6:55am; the app said my order would be ready at 7:05am. I arrive to the location at 7:08; there are three people in front of me, also with mobile orders, and none of their drinks had even been started yet. I wasn't even added to the drink queue until I arrived, so what's the point of ordering ahead? I ended up having to leave at 7:20am - 15 minutes after my drink was supposed to be completed - and it still wasn't even started yet. Only two people in the pickup window line received their drinks in that time. I'm just struggling to figure out where the disconnect is happening; the entire point of ordering ahead is so that you can pay beforehand and then just grab and go. It's supposed to be a time-saving measure, and this is the second time I've had to wait 15+ minutes for a drink that I paid for ahead of time (the first time, I even ordered an hour ahead and scheduled a specific pickup time) and not received anything because I had to leave or I would be late.

    At the Dutch bros location on Winton Rd Cincinnati Ohio there was two extraordinary employees by the name of sammie, and Braxton who made and ordered 6 drinks in record time as well as keeping the vibes and smiles up they was the greatest!!!
