- MSMelanie Smith4 days ago1.0The SLOWEST coffee shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Will never be back. We ended up getting out of line because they were taking so long. People were yelling out their car windows telling them to hurry up. Multiple cars in the drive thru and multiple people at the walk up window. 7 brew is way better
- IIiniguy5 days ago1.0This has to be the most disfunctional coffee shop I've ever seen. Very confusing as far as ordering goes. Big menu board that read this not a call box??? If you can't figure it out on the first visit I'm dam sure not going to go back. Not for me.
- MOMax Oosterhouse6 days ago1.0Absolutely 0 rush or intention of getting out drinks at a serviceable pace. Waited 25+ minutes in the drive thru, when they only have that and a walk up window. They chose to service the 5 people who walked up to the window prior to every car in front of me. This store would benefit from tracking drive thru times to force employees & management to actually work consistently. Unacceptable from a “coffee shop”.

I am a barista and the fact that 25-30 minutes for ONE COFFEE is considered okay is unfathomable to me. You cannot have this at an establishment. And unfortunately, when you’re not timed, no one is willing to move fast or efficiently. DO NOT GO THROUGH DRIVE THRU. I’ve seen 15 people get their drinks at walk up and we’ve been in line for 20-25 minutes which has put us behind schedule for our vacation activities. Any other coffee shop would never.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
