    The food was very bland, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted something that made me feel so sad. But the only good thing about this experience was my barista. She had brown hair with highlights and a bubbly personality, her name was Elise. If any awards go out I sincerely hope she receives it as she brightened my day just by taking my order.

    DONT ORDER AHEAD, EVEN IF YOU ORDER 20 MINS IN ADVANCE, YOU’LL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 10-30 MINS WHEN YOU GET TO THE STORE. NO REASON FOR USE THEIR MOBILE APP WHATSOEVER.

    The staff have no sense of urgency. Why order ahead if you are going to start my order after im there. Id understand if they are busy but both times theres 4 employees and only 1 is making the drinks, while 2 are outside taking an order with one car in the line. The other one just walking around not even acknowledging the window, and to make matters worse I tasted no coffee but syrup, just nasty, threw it away!

    I've never encountered a Dutch Bros I didn't like. The poodle are amazing, the coffee is competitively priced but tastes great, the atmosphere is fun and light. Seriously... go!

    There is no atmosphere. It is a drive thru. You order with either a guy with an iPad OR at a kiosk after you look over the menu. Fun flavors. Really sweet. I ordered 50% sweet and it was still sweet.
