    Liz is the absolute best! Been going here since open and she always have gave me a warm welcome every time. She told me it’s her last week and I genuinely wish the very best for her. She will be missed! ❤️🤟🏻 whatever comes your way you got this girl!

    This week alone I’ve had the worst experience twice. I have reached out and not received a phone call or an email back from the company on Monday. I was up at the window and a young lady with black hair and wearing a camo shirt was very distasteful and disrespectful. My drinks were made incorrectly. I ordered a large supernova extra sweet with extra strawberry Float and then I ordered a large 911 extra extra sweet, soft, top sugar, sprinkles, and caramel drizzle neither or extra sweet. The one did not have the extra strawberry float, and the other was not extra extra sweet. I reached out leaving a message with my phone number and my email explaining the issue. I have not I’ll sing back then today I go through the drive-through I order a large supernova blended extra sweet with extra strawberry float. That one was not made correctly. It was not extra sweet and there was no extra strawberry fl Float Now onto my drink, I ordered a large iced golden eagle extra extra sweet Caramel drizzle and soft top with sugar sprinkles yet again my drink was not extra extra sweet. I just left another message for corporate to contact me about this visit and letting them know again about Monday’s visit. I usually have no issues highly disappointed.

    The staff is lovely! They are always smiling and kind. Some times there’s a wait but they can’t help that they get huge crowds bc their coffee is so good! My new fave which Mazie helped me create is iced green tea with sugar free peach, pomegranate and strawberry popping boba!

    Extremely welcoming and kind barista that took our order. We had multiple drinks, not to mention add-on orders at the window... served with smiling faces. I loved it!! 😍 Keep up the fabulous customer service.

    When you want to love a coffee shop but they just don’t care about prioritizing their orders! It does not matter if you order ahead and pick drive thru or pickup window…you will wait 10 plus minutes OVER your already “pickup” time….this has happened way to many times at this location and others. I will stop going to Dutch Bro’s for a “quick” coffee or in general!!!
