This is my 2nd lousy experience at this particular Dunkin Donuts, I won't be going back. When I gave my money to the female at the first window, there was no "Thank you, have a nice day", not a word, at the 2nd window I waited forever for my food, the employee again did not say a word, did not smile, just gave me my food. The sandwich was barely warm and the cheese slice was cold. I was too tired from work to make a issue of it. But to have to wait that long and not have hot food? The Dunkin Donuts by the Springdale Kroger is amazing, the customer service is on point, you don't wait long ever, and the food always comes out hot.
