  I have been here more than a handful of times and they are ALWAYS out of key ingredients. Thus far I've experienced: no skim milk, out of refresher flavors--all of them, no avocado-so no avocado toast, no bagels etc. Then when they do actualy have the necessary ingredients to make my order it's still never up to par, the bagles are hard as rocks, items come out cold or burned-no in between. Service is hit or miss, sometimes it's quite good, often it's not. The employees need to be mindful that customers can hear them, it's too much cursing, mocking of customers, etc., they are charging around the same price point as other coffee shops, and the service quaility is much lower. This is a management and training issue and needs to be resolved ASAP. It's a nice, new, convenient location, that the community wants to support, but the energy of the employees along with the constant issues of not having menu items available is frankly, not acceptable.

  Had a mobile walk in order. I walked in and no one was there. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come from the back. The hot coffee was cold and not fresh at all.

  My friend and I came here for an early morning get together just to visit and talk. We had a delightful time with the coffee and donuts. Very delicious. It does seem to me that the donuts have suffered a little bit of shrinkflation over the last five to seven years.

  I’ve been coming here just about every weekend before work and every time it’s been a different, if not inconsistent experience. The food’s fine, sometimes I get different drink from what I order that I chalk up to new/learning employees and that’s okay, not the end of the world. However when I find that most of the employees that serve me on register are rude, indifferent, with this attitude that just screams they do not care about what they’re doing, order accuracy, let alone their job, it sends a clear message that there’s no sort of team accountability or integrity. I’ve been here on busy mornings, slow mornings, it’s never an issue about speed. It’s just basic customer service behind the counter. A simple good morning, asking follow up questions for order accuracy, saying thank you. The basics. When it feels that most of the staff is lacking this and it’s a very small handful of workers who actually care enough to be present and courteous over several months of coming here, it’s hard to keep excusing this as simply new employees. It’s disappointing. This is such a great location to go to for being on route to work and near the neighborhood, I hope that the team or management takes this into consideration because this inconsistent customer service does leave an impact on the community
