  Went through the drive through, and in the past when I get an avocado toast they will ask me to pull over to the side, and as soon as I park, somebody runs it out to me in less than a minute. This has happened 4 times I've visited (trying to cheat their window times). Today I got two drinks and two avocado toast, I get one drink and the toasts. Asked to pull to the side, there's already a car there. The order was placed at 10:39, another car got their drink at 10:45 after pulling to park. She brings me a drink after 10:49 for another person and I tell her what I ordered and when and she apologized and the drink didn't have the Oreo on top. We ate the toasts in my car and they were already cold. At 10:56 I get my drink and there's no order sticker on it and she didn't bring me a straw for it. That tells me they forgot the drink or gave it to another person. I watched 6 cars and the cars that parked after me left while I waited. I do not understand why they do not utilize the two windows anymore, why make people go around to the side out of sight and out of mind? How does a medium latte take nearly 20 minutes to make? The barista who was made to run drinks out did apologize and say they were busy, mother's day is not a big surprise. Businesses staff around that and should plan around it, I didn't even realize today is mother's day, just wanted some breakfast. I also did not receive a receipt, horrible experience. I will not pull around to the side anymore, your window times should reflect how long it's actually taking your store to get drinks out.

  Hit or miss, more staff now but its hard to keep up with the busy area. makes great orders at times but can take a lightyear at times

  Good location, albeit a little busy, I've had no issues here and can attest both their coffee and donuts have been superb. Getting out of the location may be a little tricky but just take it slow

  I'm at Eastgate dunkin donuts. They have no glazed donuts ...10:30 AM Sunday morning. I've been here maybe 10 times since they opened this location , they'd never had any glazed donuts.
