The opening staff is rude. Most Dunkin stores are open at 6am everywhere else. So honest mistake. When you walk up and ask if they are open and you are met with someone who’s already angry and snaps saying we open at 7 and has a rude demeanor and attitude. That’s kind of shitty. You could politely say no we don’t open till 7. Need to work on the customer service skills. When you try to look it up all you see everywhere is 6am and all of them saying open so I’m sure it happens alot.

This dunkin needs more training. The staff is nice and friendly but, this is the third time I have ordered here and my coffee has been different all three times. Today was the worst one. Kind of frustrating when you are spending $7 a drink. I just want my iced peanut butter protein latte to taste right and be consistent.
