- AMAshley McCoy4 days ago1.0If you like paying for a large but receiving a medium, then this store is for you! They routinely give the wrong cup size and will not fix it for you. If you order food, I hope you like it frozen or burnt, because those are your two options. If you like placing a mobile order only for it to not be ready when you arrive, you'll love this place. They're often out of items and you don't find out until you're there. Don't ask for a refund because you will be charged again instead. If after all these shenanigans you still go and ask to speak with a supervisor, she'll hide in the backroom and refuse to speak with you. The other associates are nice but it doesn't mean as much when they're handing you a lukewarm coffee and burnt bagel. Skip this location if you value your money and sanity.

But today was absolutely inexcusable how I was treated. I didn’t realize this location closed so early. Most stay open way longer than 5. I walked in to grab an iced coffee after work. The associate at the cash register rudely yelled “WE’RE CLOSED” as soon as I entered. The door wasn’t locked and it was also still open into the gas station. It was an honest mistake. What really irritated me though was the male employee standing next to her that busted out laughing at me. Rude, unprofessional, and absolutely uncalled for. It is an honest mistake and I had no issue with just grabbing an energy drink from the attached gas station. I replied “okay, no worries thank you!” To the girl who yelled “WE’RE CLOSED” and was met with an eye roll from the two associates. Seems like this location needs some major re-training and staffing changes.

Negative attitude, smart comments and I will never be back at this location and make sure I share it with friends and family. I am trying to describe to the young lady making my 2 drinks and she comes over, cuts me off trying to instruct her what to do. No greeting or anything. Very unprofessional. Another customer stated she was just waiting on one donut for 10 minutes and she rudely goes “What are you waiting on?” and she tells her again. She then walks over to the case and yells across the store “we’re out of glazed! What else do you want.” This is very unprofessional and definitely not the atmosphere that Dunkin should be supporting. Napkin canister was broken, no napkins, no straws, sugar, anything. Will definitely not be back.
