- SMsean murdockAug 16, 20263.0Fast food has been ruined by prioritizing the drive-through. I stood in the store waiting for almost 9 minutes before anyone said hello. Meanwhile, at least six people were rushing around taking care of people at the drive-through. I’m sure this is like every other store today because the drive-through is timed. It’s usually a corporate policy where they monitor the times of those orders and make sure things are moving well. This ruins the indoor experience at almost every fast food restaurant now. I don’t blame people in the restaurant. I blame corporate.
