I just ordered an iced coffee and it tasted like it was severely watered down. I need a cup of ice on the side and they want to charge me a dollar for a cup of ice. The iced coffee was so weak. It was almost tasteless. I will not be going back ever.

- AAAdderApr 9, 20261.0I want to make it clear that the majority of the staff are great and really friendly. My problem is with who I believe is the manager. I have the misfortune of constantly getting him taking my order and he is extremely rude. He constantly cuts you off mid sentence to ask if you want anything else (when you're already telling him what else you want) and then still gets it wrong. That wouldn't be so bad if he didn't then tell you it was your fault. Every time my order is messed up he blames me and says I told him something else, even when there are other people with me to corroborate that I didn't. Most recently though my card got double charged (technically triple charged but one was only a cent) and when the person taking my order called him over to help he repeatedly told me it hasn't been charged even when I showed him on my banking app the 3 charges. He then just told me to "call someone about it." and walked away. So now I need to dispute that with my bank since he refuses to help me in any way. I'd like to go to any dunkin but this one but sadly it's the only one near my house and work. I feel bad for those who work with him. Don't come here.

Obviously the food takes patience as they have to prepare it unlike the coffee and donuts. But great experience overall. Order was 💯 correct also. I usually am missing something at other locations.
