  This has to be one of worst Dunkin’s. Service is always bad and they mess up my order almost every single time. Very disappointing considering it’s a nice new build

  Had to repeat my order 3 times and it was still wrong. Its was just espresso,milk and ice. No flavoring just that. And still somehow came out as 2 different drinks the first try. Hope things get better.

  They put more milk in my iced matcha than the matcha itself. You get up rushing to fit them into your schedule and hard earned wallet before work and you don’t even have time to get it fixed or refunded. The look on the face of that lady when she handed me a pastel green filled cup should’ve flagged me before I pulled off. She knew she was wrong.

  The woman I had the pleasure of speaking to in the drive thru was so incredibly disrespectful. I picked up 2 drinks my manager had ordered, and that upset her greatly. She snapped that she was going to remake them, & then yelled “Oh my GOD” through the speaker. I had never asked her to remake anything, but before I could say that I had no issue if they’d already made them and they were a little old, another voice asked me to pull around. What I presume is the same woman on the speaker came out with my drinks a whopping 2 minutes later, I sincerely thanked her, told her to have a nice day, and she ignored me and silently stormed off. I don’t typically write negative reviews, but my concern lies in the fact that she reacted this way when nothing happened. I picked up a mobile order with 2 simple drinks. The drive thru and lot were nearly empty. From the time I pulled to the speaker to the time I drove off with drinks was less than 5 minutes. To be so inconvenienced that you have to do your job that you lose all emotional control and behave this way is concerning. And considering the reviews this place already has, this is common behavior. Dunkin really needs to do better, because this is disgusting. Edit to say- the coffee itself was good! It was made quickly and accurately, and was appreciated. I just don’t understand the blatant disrespect for just picking up a mobile order.

  Just started a new job out this way and have never been to this Dunkin, we showed up slightly behind the time I had scheduled to pick up my order, when we went to pick up the two coffees the woman had scoffed into the speaker and proceeded to say “you’re going to have to wait because now I have to remake these” in a really unkind attitude mind you I did not ask for them to be remade because i understood I was late and it was my fault I had no problem taking them how they were, I did express my gratitude multiple times but instead I happen to over hear an “ OH MY GODDD SERIOUSLY” once I had received my drinks she had shoved them into me causing one of them to almost spill and stomped away like a child… The drinks were very good service not so much, Do better.
