  Been here a few different times majority of the time the workers are very rude for no reason. This last time they gave me the wrong drink and I nicely said this is the wrong drink and they acted like it was my fault and I inconvenienced them. Then when I said thank you once they corrected it (it still ended up tasting wrong) they said nothing and closed the door. Also I ordered the loaded hash browns they gave me a container half empty.

  i was really excited when i saw they had moved to a new building, but ever since it just seems to have gone downhill. i’ve gone 3-4 times and every time something is off. i get the same order every time, and i am either missing a fork, received the wrong donut, or the food is hard, stale, or cold. the workers aren’t overly rude, but it definitely feels like your an annoyance for showing up to order or pick up. will probably just drive to a different location now

  For the location I expected customer service to be excellent and it was not the lady handing the food was very rude I also asked for pink two pink sprinkle donuts they ended up still giving us the fruit punch ones when I told them it was wrong, she got upset and I told her on the speaker no not the fruit punch one it was the pink sprinkle donut. Anyways I ordered myself the queso hash browns and there was probably a hash browns in the cup not even half full. Thank God I have 20 percent of a stomach so I didn't need much anyways. I really thought I would experience service than the Westside. They need to work on that.

  This location used to be alright but ever since they moved to the new location the service is terrible and the food quality is garbage. Cold food, messed up orders. The drive-thru lane constantly backs up all the way back out to the road, blocking traffic.
