  I enjoy dunkin whenever I have time to go and I usually go to the one near my house but because we were in the neighborhood, I decided to visit this particular location. I did notice that Drive-thru was busy so I decided to go inside. That was busy which I expected with it being in the morning. What I did not expect was the service quality. The customer service was terrible. I witnessed attitude towards another customer who was picking up a door dash. An ordered messed up, poor lady almost had a sugar attack due to how ridiculously sweet her drink was. Not a well ran location. I ended up not ordering anything after witnessing the the poor behavior from whoever the cashier was up front. Either re-train or hire new staff because thats terrible.

  I absolutely do not understand how you can be in a drive thru for almost 20 minutes. I stopped because I had a few minutes before work, and was stuck in the drive thru so long that now I am 10 minutes late to work and could end up getting written up. Absolutely inexcusable.

  Their customer service is awful. Me and my sister waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks and mine still came out wrong. If you want a fun morning drink genuinely do not come here!! My morning is ruined.

  This review is not in reference to the food or all of the service staff. This affects a few only. While visiting this location, I've noticed a particular habit that is taking place with a few retail establishments. With myself being black, I have noticed each time I am assisted by with a black worker the white workers wants to then hover around and ease drop into our conversations. I am friendly by nature and I am this way with anyone regardless of their background. However this is a weird habit that needs to stop. I find it interesting how none of these white workers wants to assist me much less interact with me. However when I'm chatting with a black worker then the white workers wants to then scramble and listen to our conversation, which is typicallya basic greeting. Seriously either be friendly to ALL visitors regardless of their background or step back and stay in the shadows as you already seem to want to be when black customers come in. This doesn't happen when white customers come in. If this continues, I will.have to take my business elsewhere.

  Soupy is NOT a word I want to describe my donuts. They do something wrong in making the donuts and the glaze is always liquid.
