- KBKiley BeringJun 24, 20261.0i’m vegetarian and i ordered a cheese pizza there was bacon underneath the cheese. i called them for a refund and the manager said “i don’t know how there was bacon on it i’ve been making pizzas all day.” they were extremely rude i even offered to bring the pizza up there to show them and then he got real quiet and said i’ll give you and $11 credit.

When we got home, we realized that one of the pizzas (mine) was not made correctly. I specifically ordered a stuffed crust pizza with Garlic Parmesan sauce, but it arrived with neither. The pizza was extremely dry, and I wasn’t even able to finish a full slice. We also ordered a Meat Lovers pizza for my son and a bacon and pepperoni pizza for my wife. While their pizzas appeared to be fine, both of them woke up the next morning feeling sick and vomiting. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between my order being made incorrectly and my family becoming ill afterward, I have completely lost confidence in this location. At this point, I do not intend to return, nor am I interested in receiving store credit. I will simply consider this a loss and take my business elsewhere in the future.
